How to return merchandise:

A Return Authorization Number or RMA number must accompany all returns.

Please call us at 201-206-2555 to obtain a Return Authorization or RMA number.

One of our Service Representatives will provide you with instructions on returning warranty item(s).

The customer shall be responsible for the freight charges incurred to return the defective merchandise.

Refunds are only made when an item is returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
