Shipping: We use U. P. S., Federal Express, and the U. S. Postal Service for shipping. Generally, Fed Ex Ground is the least expensive for domestic shipments, unless the package weighs less then 2 pounds. Actual shipping charges vary based upon your location, package weight, and service requested.

Payments: We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover), Pay Pal, and authorized department / government vouchers. 

Availability: If the item is available in stock, it can be shipped right away. If the item is not available, delivery can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability. Please call for item availability.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, Martin's Gift World, LLC will promptly replace it with a similar item of equal value, or will provide you with a credit or refund, unless otherwise stated upon ordering. This does not apply to customer error in ordering, custom-made, or personalized items.

All returns must be in original condition. To qualify for an adjustment under our guarantee, simply phone  Martin's Gift World, LLC at 201-206-2555 within ten (10) days of delivery, explain the nature of your dissatisfaction and we’ll gladly give you instructions on the return or disposition of the merchandise.
